Mila Maintenance and Installation has delivered a 100% on time in full (OTIF) performance for West Kent Housing during the first quarter of 2021.
Speaking about the achievement Installations Operations Manager Dean Bradford was quick to praise the efforts of the whole team. “At a time where the challenges we have faced have gone way beyond our technical skills, this achievement is especially satisfying. It has been achieved through great communication with our supply chain, resident liaison teams and of course our installers on site”.
“We are also delighted that our performance has been recognised by the residents themselves with outstanding feedback returned to us. We were quick to adopt a very robust set of Covid 19 operating procedures, and to make resident feedback on these a part of our KPI’s alongside our actual delivery performance”.
