Charlotte Rapson's role at Mila Maintenance

Charlotte joined Mila Maintenance and Installation in December 2019 as a Customer Services Advisor.

Her role entails speaking with residents and booking jobs in for the company’s engineers out on site.

Her key tasks also include working with one of the company’s major clients Folkstone and Hythe District Council which entails among many other things putting orders on to the system and contacting residents daily to keep them fully aware of upcoming visits.

Charlotte has a simple key principle “I know it might sound like an obvious thing to say, but my key principle is to work to the highest possible standards every day.  I know if I do this, I will contribute to the whole team effort here at Mila Maintenance and Installation”.

Before joining the company Charlotte worked for Pentagon Nissan Barnsley as a Sales Administrator.
