COVID-19 Restart of Operations – Limited Service

Following a period of lockdown, I am pleased to announce that we have restarted operations, offering a limited service for now. The level of service will increase as the weeks pass and we hope to be back up to full speed by June, subject to government guidance.

In the meantime, we have made special arrangements to comply with social distancing guidelines to allow us to offer emergency repairs to our customers, along with Front Entrance and Communal fire door installations.

We also have Administration and Customer Service functions back operating in the business which will enable us to provide these services in line with our normal high standards, and to work with our customers to schedule repairs, maintenance and installation visits to meet their needs.

We will continue to monitor the health of staff visiting site to ensure theirs and our customer’s safety and wellbeing throughout this restart process and comply fully with any new government advice as things develop.
