Group growth driven by 98.4% resident satisfaction

2014 was a year of growth for the Arran Isle Group, and we at Mila Maintenance have played no small part.

Our performance is up by 56% year on year and this is down to a number of things including winning new business from existing clients, earning new contracts with new clients, streamlining our processes, but ultra-importantly, giving great service on these new & existing projects.

The service levels we have continued to deliver have been a major contributory factor to our growth and we have received a 98.4% approval rating from the residents whose homes we work in.  This all helps Mila Maintenance to secure further projects, profitability, and growth which is obviously great news for us all.

We intend to keep working and improving these service levels even further within all areas of our business, and I personally will be monitoring this as the year goes along, as I want us to be the best in our field.
