The team at Mila Maintenance & Installation met to discuss the recent report from the Fire Door Inspection Scheme that 76% of fire doors inspected in 2019 were not fit for purpose.
The discussions looked at the failings identified in the report and considered resident impact, reporting of installations, resource from carrying out inspections by the relevant bodies, and the implications of not having a maintenance regime post installation.
