I just wanted to say from the start of the phone call from Mila Maintenance, advising me that the repair that would be carried out, then yesterday with the engineer arriving on time, smartly dressed, friendly and very helpful, even going the extra mile and helping to check that all the other windows in my flat were working etc. Sarah the office manager called and kept me informed via email and mobile it was a great service all round.
The engineer was very polite and was very careful when working in my rooms, please pass all this on to his manager.
