Nathaniel Parker has worked at Mila Maintenance and Installation since April 2017 as Billings and Collection Manager, keeping a keen eye on the company accounts to ensure that everything is running smoothly and working with the internal team to resolve any client queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Nathaniel Parker's role at Mila Maintenance

Nathaniel’s role includes producing valuations for the company’s many and varied clients each month across a wide range of contract types, gaining approval from the clients prior to raising invoices. He also has ownership of the credit control process, accruals and cost analysis to ensure that contract costs are in line with expectations.

In a busy role he also has responsibility for IT training and support.

Prior to coming to Mila Maintenance and Installation I worked in credit management in the finance, insurance, facilities management and training sectors. Coming here has given me a whole new challenge which I am really enjoying; it is dynamic, and in a growing business there is always a new challenge ahead which keeps it exciting
