Our trained engineers will be happy to come and discuss a full schedule of work and will deliver back to you a fully costed schedule of rates and a service level agreement to ensure that you as the client, and your residents are given the service you require. This includes attending to ‘Category 1’ requirements to respond and complete repairs within 24 hours, and clients who have a range of ‘categories’ with completion times dependant on the nature of the repair required.

Responsive Maintenance Summary

  • We will work with you to develop a bespoke service level agreement which takes account of response times for different repair and maintenance requirements – from emergency call outs to minor works.

  • We will respond to any issues reported and in line with our mutually agreed SLA and schedule of works will ease, adjust, and lubricate all working parts, replace faulty seals broken or damaged handles, hinges or locks, and provide replacement sealed units.

  • We will work to client driven and agreed response times and report progress and performance on a monthly basis.

  • We will provide a NEW 12-month guarantee on the functionality of the hardware and a manufacturer’s extended warranty on the new seals and sealed units.
