For a number of years I had been considering the wasteful nature of replacing the whole window when only certain components were worn out. Mila Window and Door Maintenance offered a refurbishment service which addressed that issue.

Following the success of this project I am looking into the feasibility and savings possible if the model was expanded to low rise dwellings.

I just wanted to say from the start of the phone call from Mila Maintenance, advising me that the repair that would be carried out, then yesterday with the engineer arriving on time, smartly dressed, friendly and very helpful, even going the extra mile and helping to check that all the other windows in my flat were working etc. Sarah the office manager called and kept me informed via email and mobile it was a great service all round.
