Arran Isle (parent company of Mila Maintenance and Installation) announced in September 2021 that it had signed a definitive agreement to sell the Group to ASSA ABLOY Limited.
The transaction was subject to regulatory approval in the UK and Ireland, and customary closing conditions. I am pleased to confirm that the deal has now been completed and we will move forward into an exciting new chapter in our history as a part of ASSA ABLOY.
I want to emphasise that we will continue with the same business ethos that has served us so well for over 30 years and enabled us to complete over 1.3 million jobs in the sectors we service. We will continue to work to the highest standards to keep the residents we serve, safe, secure and warm in their homes, and continue to install innovative market leading window and door products, & Fire Doors.
All of this will be underpinned by working in true partnership with a robust and committed supply chain that is now even more perfectly positioned to support our needs in the marketplace.
