This quarter we are focusing on our team


I had decided some time ago that we needed to refresh the team page on our website; to introduce new members of our team to our customers; to make the whole thing a bit more personal so that customers can get to know a bit more about the people they deal with day in day out at Mila Maintenance and Installation, and also to create a bit of a buzz in the office – it’s not every day you get to have your photos professionally taken.

I have to say the ‘buy in’ for the latter was outstanding, we had a great morning, and everybody really got into it – I think one or two of the team are now fancying themselves for a career on the catwalk!

But of course, the primary aim was to make our customers more aware of the people they deal with and I think what we have created on our website will achieve exactly that. We are a very personable business, and the old adage about the value of putting names to faces has never been more important in a world where communication has become less personal in recent years.

As a business we value our customers and we value our staff; strengthening the relationships between them is an important part of delivering outstanding service underpinned by great communication.
